It was my first ever experience to be with the Center. It was first, lovely, full of experiences, knowledge, and understanding in a lovely country. I’ve attended a training based on stress management through Rockyan consultancy on June 27 for an hour and I found it very much useful and learned a lot about how to manage stress in different areas.
