I recently joined a training event in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I am really impressed by Rokyan management style and high level discipline along with advanced training materials and professional trainers. While being with Rokyan, we visited a charity center for children and adult with a special need in Almaty. This was a good initiative that can copy and applied here in Afghanistan. During our visit, we realized that every human being has capacity to learn something, but needs motivation and attention.

My name is Aminullah Qazizada and am working as Administration and Finance Manager with GIZ-SGS, Afghanistan. The recent course I joined with Rokyan was Financial Management and Audit for NGO’s. The training was well organized in a convenient venue, the trainer was extra professional, easy to understand and friendly. The participants were selected based on the background of the training from Asian countries. In addition of training one day was reserved as a tour with one facilitator from RMC (Mr. Waris Barmak) the guy was very much friendly and could organize the day very interesting along with all participants. I have been nothing but impressed—the day I joined Advanced Procurement Training for World Bank projects facilitated by Rokyan Management Consultancy in Bangkok, Thailand. Dear Rokyan Team and Administration: I joined the training on Procurement, Contracts Management and Negotiation Skills at Istanbul, Turkiye in 2022. The training facilities were adequatre enough. The trainer was flexible adjusting our needds for the training topics as we requested him. The training venue was accessible by metro stations from any side. Hope you conduct future trainings in Dushanbe, Tajikistan so that we can introduce more participants.

It was my first ever experience to be with the Center. It was first, lovely, full of experiences, knowledge, and understanding in a lovely country. Trainers were qualified, facilities were awesome, facilitators were friendly and flexible. Experience sharing was another area to be focused. It was outstanding to meet people from other countries, hear from their lessons learnt, and their implementations, success stories and failures  

It was my first experience with Rokyan and undoubtedly it’s wonderful. I would say the presentation was highly appreciating and the modules were quite related. It was an enthusiastic & engaging presentation. I’m pretty interested to attend more training by Rokyan.  

I’ve attended a training based on stress management through Rockyan consultancy on June 27 for an hour and I found it very much useful and learned a lot about how to manage stress in different areas. I personally want to thank Mr Elam for his wonderful training delivery and wholeheartedly want to be a part of the participants within upcoming training.
