Rokyan conducted its training services for the first time for Afghanistan International Bank (AIB).

The bank is one of the trusted and renown one’s in Afghanistan. The training was for three days commenced

from June 23 and closed on June 25,2018.

Participants joined the training were from the Audit unit. The course was esp. designed for the unit in order

to particularly work with them how to improve the communication and how to deliver effective feedback.

Majority organizations do not focus seriously on communication though its hidden and un-hidden cost is

higher than what people think.

The event took place in Kabul, Afghanistan.
